11 Packaging of Orders
All orders will be dispatched using the method requested when placing your Order. eyecandynails.co.uk will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your Order is suitably packaged so that you receive it in perfect condition. However, the delivery of Orders involves the use of third parties, such as the post office or couriers, and we have no control over their handling of your Order. UK orders are normally sent via MyHermes.
Overseas orders are normally sent via Royal Mail.
Overseas orders might be delayed by customs as they enter the overseas country, this is outside the control of eyecandynails.co.uk. eyecandynails.co.uk will fill in the customs declarations as required by the country the parcel is going to be delivered too.
12 Damaged, Lost or Stolen Items
If, despite our best efforts, and subject to paragraph 11 above, your Order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all because it is lost or stolen whilst in transit you should notify us immediately via email.
12.1 We do offer delivery to the UK Mainland, via Royal Mail and Hermes courier services. If an item goes missing or is damaged, we will work with you to gain compensation for the items. Please make sure that you select the correct delivery option for the cover you require for your order.
If the customer selects the no insurance and no sign for option for delivery, eye candy nails may not be able to do provide very much assistance, all we will be able to provide is the proof of postage. We recommend that you choose a delivery method with sign for and the correct insurance/compensation to cover your order.
For none UK orders, they are all signed and required to be insured if the customer selects a lower insurance value that the cost of the items, the insurance will not cover the full cost of goods
The customer has the right to cancel the order within 7 days and receive a full refund. If the goods have been sent the goods must be returned as new before a refund is given.The refund does not include any delivery/insurance costs.
Any return should be preceded by an email explaining your reasons for wishing to return the item. Upon receipt of your email we will contact you to discuss the problem and, if appropriate, how to return the item to us.
The goods must be shipped via a secure signed for manner If we do not receive them no refund will be paid.
If any goods are defective, you must notify us by email within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will then contact you and, if appropriate, how to

15 Booking Of Training Courses
On a booking a training course, you have to select a training course date and and the amount you wish to pay at the time.
Payment can be either be made in full or a deposit can be paid.
If you paid the deposit only, you will need to pay the balance of £50 on or before thecourse date. You can pay on the day with cash or card, when attending the course.
Paying thedeposit/full payment has booked you a place on the training course/date selected on the website. The payments made are non-transferable to other course dates and non-refundable.
